Terms of Service

Welcome to Rivas & Co Prints ("Rivas & Co," "we," "us," "our"), a family-run business in North Carolina. These Terms of Service apply to your use of rivasandcoprints.com and to every order you place with us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Our products are made to order and personalized with your logo, artwork, names, or text. Because each order is custom, the policies in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply, and they are part of these terms.

2. PROOFS AND APPROVAL
Before production, we send you a free digital proof. You are responsible for reviewing it carefully, including spelling, names, dates, colors, and layout. Once you approve a proof, we produce your order exactly as approved. Proofs are digital previews: actual colors, engraving shades, and materials may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

3. YOUR LOGOS, ARTWORK, AND CONTENT
When you send us a logo, image, design, or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to be responsible for, and to hold Rivas & Co harmless from, any claims arising from content you provide.

We may decline or cancel any order, with a full refund, if we believe the content infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or is hateful or offensive.

4. DESIGN WORK
If we create, recreate, or adjust a design for you, we will use it only to fulfill your orders. Digital design files purchased as a "design only" product are for your own use as described on that product's listing.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due in full when you place your order unless we agree otherwise in writing for a custom quote. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES
Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We'll always do our best to meet your date and will tell you honestly if we can't. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

7. NATURAL VARIATIONS
Our products are handmade, 3D printed, and laser engraved. Small variations in color, wood grain, leather tone, texture, and engraving are a natural part of the process and are not defects.

8. PHOTOS OF YOUR ORDER
We love showing off our work. We may photograph finished orders and share them on our website and social media. If you'd prefer we don't share your order, just tell us and we won't.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or missed events.

10. SITE USE
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site, including our photos, product descriptions, and branding, belongs to Rivas & Co and may not be copied without permission.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our site when you place your order applies to that order.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
