Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.

PRODUCTION TIME
Every item is custom made after you approve your free digital proof. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days after proof approval. Larger bulk orders may take a little longer, and we'll always tell you upfront if yours will.

Need it by a certain date? Message us before you order at Greg@rivasandcoprints.com and we'll tell you honestly what's possible. Rush production is available on many orders.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, orders typically arrive:
- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
- Express Shipping ($35): 1 to 2 business days

Delivery times start after your order ships, not when it's placed. Express shipping speeds up delivery, not production time.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from North Carolina by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever gets your package to you best.

TRACKING
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but if you catch a mistake, contact us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at Greg@rivasandcoprints.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
